Baker MacCallum Law Office has a team approach to all work undertaken. There will usually be a staff member who will be the primary contact with us but the size of our office and the fully computerised management systems mean that your work will not be delayed by absence or unavailability of the primary contact. Clients should always to feel free to make contact with any other staff member for assistance or in progressing any matter.
David MacCallum is very seldom unable to be contacted by cell phone, fax or email and to respond in kind and in time.

Since his commencing work as a lawyer as in 1984, David has had experience in all facets of practise including family and litigation but he now specialises in:

Margaret Thomas — Legal Executive
Margaret has been with Baker MacCallum or its forebears since 1990. She is registered as a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives. Her areas of specialisation are:

- Trust administration
- Trust accounting and day to day general office administration
Robyn Clark and Bonnie Clinton — Administration Staff
On your first point of contact with the firm will be with Robyn Clark or Bonnie Clinton. Their position in the firm means that both have an intimate knowledge of client’s affairs, the work being undertaken and who is responsible. The more information you give them when contacting the firm, the better they will be able to assist you in having a matter dealt with as efficaciously as possible.
